    Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's or Washington County, or Baltimore City

  2. 2Is it a gas car or light truck, model year 1996 or newer?

    Electric, diesel, motorcycles and historic vehicles are exempt. New cars kept by their first owner skip the test for 72 months.
