    Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Blair, Bucks, Cambria, Centre, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Erie, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mercer, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Washington, Westmoreland or York.

  2. 2Is it a gas car from 1975 or newer, up to 9,000 lb?

    Diesels, motorcycles, brand-new current model year cars and classic, antique or collectible cars are exempt from emissions.
