    Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage or Summit.

  2. 2Is it a gas or diesel car 6 to 25 years old?

    Non-plug-in hybrids start at 7 years. Electric cars, plug-in hybrids and motorcycles are exempt.

  3. 3Did you just buy it, or move it into an E-Check county?
  4. 4Does the model year match this year, even or odd?
