Questions based on the N.C. Driver Handbook and North Carolina traffic law, with a plain-English explanation after every answer. The real knowledge test covers traffic laws and safe driving, and you need 80% to pass. There's also a road sign test: identify signs by color and shape (9 of 12 for a regular license), and a vision test. Tests are offered in several languages, and oral tests on request.
