    NCDMV allows online renewal only every other time, and you can't use a kiosk either if your last renewal was online.

    A restriction other than glasses or contacts, a commercial license (CDL) or a regular Class A or B license, an unpaid debt or suspension with NCDMV, or a U.S. government document you used to show legal presence.
