Form MV-262, if you're under 18
Only if it applies
Signed by a parent, confirming 50 hours of practice with 15 after sunset.
A supervising driver, 21 or older
With a valid license for the car you're driving.
A registered, insured and inspected car
It needs to be in good working order.
