Emissions tests only, first come, first served: no appointments. Also a waiver and referee station (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Has an OBD express lane for 1996 and newer gas cars. Takes heavy-duty trucks. The live wait is ADEQ's estimate for the line right now.
